RC Event Hub is a mobile app that allows users to discover, track, and join RC (Remote Control) events including races, fun-flys, swap meets, and expos. We also offer giveaway promotions and advertising opportunities for RC brands and event organizers.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Not impersonate any person or entity.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Use of the App
You agree to use RC Event Hub only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights or restrict the use of others.
You may not:
Post false or misleading event information.
Upload malicious code or disrupt the platform’s functionality.
Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages.
5. Event Listings & Giveaways
All event listings are subject to review. RC Event Hub does not guarantee the accuracy or safety of any third-party event. Participation in giveaways is voluntary and subject to official giveaway rules (posted separately when applicable).
6. Advertising & Sponsored Content
Paid advertisements and sponsored content will be clearly marked. RC Event Hub is not liable for claims made by advertisers or third-party sites linked within the app.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and designs within RC Event Hub are the intellectual property of the app and its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time for violating these Terms, engaging in illegal behavior, or harming the community or brand.
9. Limitation of Liability
RC Event Hub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
Missed events or scheduling changes
Technical glitches or app downtime
Actions of event organizers or advertisers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RC Event Hub disclaims all liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the app.
